Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. The 50% deposit required at booking is non-refundable for any reason. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can work toward a resolution.​

Orders may be modified up to 24 hours after booking. Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Any changes requested within two days of the delivery or pickup may not be accommodated and will require approval.
Pick-Up & Delivery
We offer delivery within a 45-mile radius in the DMV area, with a travel fee of $5–$30 depending on distance. Delivery times are coordinated during the ordering process, and customers are responsible for providing accurate information to avoid delays.
Orders may also be picked up, with all balances due 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
